Harvest v3 OAuth — auto-discover all jobs
Without this, jobs only appear as they receive their first applicant. Connecting Harvest v3 OAuth populates every open job in your Greenhouse org immediately.
Create credentials in Greenhouse → Configure → Dev Center → API Credential Management → Create new credential → API type: Harvest V3 (OAuth) → save → grant scopes (Harvest → Select all) → copy the Client key and Client secret.
